The Project
Designed for a local coffee shop based in St. Petersburg, FL, this project delves into the origin of the word Kahwa as well as the origin of the company itself. The word Kahwa was originally derived from the Turkish word kahve and eventually the Arabic word qahwa. The hand-lettered logo, illustrated African coffee plants, and color scheme take these historical aspects into consideration and visually conceptualize the idea.
